Fleming Parmer

Edward Fleming Parmer was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 1947 and pastored churches in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. After traveling up and down the West Coast many years, he and his wife, Jane, settled in Southern California.
